Villa

Our villa is located in front of the bay of Torre delle Stelle, a quiet residential area just 30 km away from Cagliari and 20 km from Villasimius, in the south-east of Sardinia.

The villa is divided on 3 levels:

Upper floor: Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and sea view balcony.

Ground floor: Kitchen, living room, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea view balcony, laundry, guest bathroom and two terraces with sea view.

Lower floor: One single bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living room and garden.

It also offers outdoor showers, beach equipments and a private beach area just down the villa.

If you are looking for a place to relax with 100% privacy, the villa offers the perfect environment to rest, forgetting the stress of daily life and enjoying the quietness of the Mediterranean sea. Here you can sunbathe in the private rocky beach below the villa, relax in the living room listening music or reading a book, have a drink in the terraces and the garden that surrounds the villa.
A white sandy beach is 10 minutes walking distance.

In the area you can find some restaurants/pizzeria, bars, supermarket and small shops of fresh local products like fruit, vegetables, bread, fish and cheese.
You can also practice sports, including tennis, diving, sailing, fishing, surf and more.
